Kansas seems to be the pre-season favorite, but they been there many times before, they always seems to find their way of not finishing up to expectation.How about the incoming Freshman at Kentucky, John Wall was an amazing high school player, if it wasn't for the new NBA rule of not drafting high school players, he would be turning pro like Kobe and James out of high school.Then there are last year's final four teams of Michigan State and Connecticut.

| | Who do you think will win the NCAA basketball championship this year? | | As I am reading through the various posts and people's profiles, I see that this is a very international site with users from all over the world. So, perhaps there are many active posters on myLot who are not even aware of the college basketball tournament in the U.S. that many fans spend countless hours in March analyzing, discussing, watching and even betting on (maybe part of the reason it's called March Madness).In any case, for anyone who is following this tournament, I'd like to find out who you'd want to win and secondly, who you think will actually win. I graduated from UCLA in 1995, which was the last time the UCLA Bruins won the national basketball championship. It was a great year and a great championship series. So I am obviously a little biased when I say that I think UCLA will make it to the Final Four and even should have a shot at winning the title. But they have been doing well this year and have a pretty strong team.I am looking forward to finding out who out there is following this tournament and if you have certain allegiances to certain schools (if you went there or know someone associated with your favorite team/school). | |
